β β β β β This is just a collection centre and they take hell lot of time to give you reports. You will have to run to them several times. So please do not opt for this pathology if you are in hurry.

β β β β β Just wanted to share one of the concern which i had faced there. My mother gone through here with Urine test as we need to check the amount of protein flow in Urine.
The report provided from here was completely wrong. They have mentioned the "Nill" protein while the actual amount of protein was 3+ which was in advance stage as we have tested the same at another place.
I have updated the manger of this place then he told me. Ho jata hai kabhi kabhi which was so annoying to listen.

β β β β β There are many labs in Varanasi and Dr lal pathlab is India's one of the most trusted lab. But this centre spoiling the name of lal pathlab.the employees of this centre are novice.infact they don't know how to take sample and None of the employees are cooperative too.and this way the most successful company losing it's name and faith of many customers..
From now I'll not recommend anyone to go lal pathlab for any kind of diagnosis.

β β β β β Lalpath labs are recognized in india and i nevrr had problems with report but this bhojuveer center in varanasi should check up into their staff orelse they will loose customers noonr would want to visit twice at this center.. i had called up for aksing about the covid report and a girl said therr are so many test for covid so it migbt take even 3-4days and as i was told it would take 36hrsfor the report to arrive and the given id and passowrd doesnt work aswell i told her and the reply i getback was why are u getting hyper the exact word she said in hindi.. aap itne hyper kiyun ho rahe ho hum report nahi bana ke dete hai.. woh center se ata hai and sbe hanged the call... thag was veey impolite and rude of her... lalpath should know how to hire people they should take just anyone who doesnt know customer servi e

β β β β β Worst experience ever I had ....Totally unprofessional ,irresponsible behavior. Taken 100 rs for fasting and pp .No receipt given. And told to come before 12 for pp . On 11.45 when I go there after 1 and half hour of meal they told very rudlly you should come 2 hours after the meal. When I told why this was not told to me , staff told very rudly that she was not on duty in the morning so it's not her responsibility. After watching their behavior I decided to left the money as I had no time to fight for such silly and arrogant behavior. So I suggest every one else ye lutere hain don't go atleast this branch.....Today it was me next day may be you
