Otherwise reviews of customers can be honored due to delay of reports ..but its a service industry customers can give us their negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave sample for covid-19 yesterday and they gave me commitment to give results within next 24 hrs. But still I haven't received it and the lab person is not picking up my calls. They are fack and not giving any reply.
How they could be so irresponsible about disease like covid-19. I have contacted customer service number and they mentioned that sample has received today.
Wrost experience with Lal path lab moti agar. I'm staying with my family and they could be infected because of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are scammers and take advantage of people who are stuck in pandemic. My father’s test was conducted poorly and results dint come right. To take the sample again the technician came again. He refused to wear a PPE kit and when to asked to wear it - he said additional charges will be applicable. He took money for the test again even though they had to compensate us for the poorly conducted test earlier. The technician Mohan and owner Siddharth were not at all cooperative. Will not recommend this center.
