★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment was booked yesterday for today and I was given confirmation. They denied to come today after making me wait for 2 hours even though I clearly stated that I needed to take my medicine as I'm a patient of kidney transplant. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional doctors who are doing tests in labs. Dr. NEHA TYAGI called up the patient personally and enquired about the treatment and other medicines. Patient was unaware of everything. Instead of talking to the patient's attendant, she kept on asking so many questions and made the patient panic. I dont understand their work is to do required tests and provide reports. Who has given this right to her to harass the patient? I really want to file a complaint against an unprofessional doctor Neha Tyagi who doesnt have sense at all. She should learn how to deal with the patients. It is really surprising to know that such things are happening at reputed labs.
