★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely time consuming. On a Sunday morning, one hour after the lab opens, there is one person in the lab who takes 15 minutes on an average to attend each client. Being the fifth client my turn would come only after about an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there for sugar test,and there was guy named Balbir Singh,who does not now how to interact with the customer,as he was very rude and not so keen in doing the test even.
Request the owner of this lab to take appropriate actions and if possible keep a new staff ,so that the brand name remains intact.
