★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff behaviour. I asked for address to reach and the person was reluctant to share the address and told to chech on Google. Was speaking in foul language. Referred by Dr. Kapil Khanna so tried to reach here. Would never suggest to go to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this center for my wife's pregnancy prescribed ultrasound and blood checkup. Lab location and interior is good but front desk staff is so much inefficient, they were not capable to handle 4,5 visitors even they are not familiar with process.
They were confused about what to do first, firstly they have mentioned wrong Dr. Name in my ultrasound report, second my wife's blood test required accurate weight of her but they told us when we were out even their weight machine was not functional then I have to go another lab just for checking her accurate weight.
I have to face a lot along with my pregnant wife, even not sure about accuracy of report.

1. After promising to share xray report after 24 hours, the lab is not able to find the report because an operator has gone on leave.... And they want the patient to wait till the operator comes back after his leave ...
They don't have any mechanism to trcak the report and share it with the patient.
2. Their new ECG machine malfunctioned during the test , and they did the test with an age old machine .... But took the charge of new machine ...
The staff is saying they cannot do anything .. and it's not their job , only way is to wait for their operator to come back.
It's better to go to a local lab where they have good resources of people and good machines ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get ECG done and to my suprise lab path lab is not following covid protocol. They are not having disposable sheet and using one bed sheet for everyone getting ECG done. On asking they said they have ordered but received from HO
In this covid times where people have to follow covid safety protocols such a big lab chain is not following safety protocol
