Report was supposed to come by 2pm. Have not received the report till now. And no one has a clue either. The customer service is equally pathetic. No response , no callback either from customer service despite several calls .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. Extremely poor management at their lab front desk at R K Estate lab. There is only one person who do the billing, report management , payment collection & also do the sample collection. Even for giving a simple urine sample I had to sit for 1 hour. It was a very unpleasant experience.
