★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior citizen. Went with my wife to give blood samples. Could not give. It’s a highly mismanaged , unhygienic, dirty as if not cleaned for years.Staff behaviour was worse. Rude and boorish. No systematic working. I have been going to cp which is first class, but here it was simply pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish it be rated negative here but one star is minimum. Worst service, pathetic staff and useless customer care service and highly unprofessional organisation.
They billed me ,took the blood sample and later they do not have any record or report despite me having an invoice.they do not have any test booking data they lost my report and have no courtesy to apologize or to make any effort to right the wrong.
Total waste of money and time with mental agony and trauma.
Please spare ourself a traumatic experience and go to some place reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for ultrasound on a Sunday as sector 18 lab is closed on Sundays. While the timings as per the call centre is 9:30 to 12, the doctor did not arrive to the centre up till 11. It is not a good idea waiting for in a cramed room for an hour in these pandemic times. Worst off, the report for this will only be available on Monday.!!
You are better off going to the Noida sector 18 lab on a Monday than to sector 50 on a Sunday!! As on weekdays, you will get the report on the same day.
Really bad experience and unprofessional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to collect sample for CBC outside the shop for a 95 year old lady who cannot climb stairs.
The way of treating was pathetic. Seems like Dr. Lal path lab has lost the way how to value customers.

☹️ No respect of patients' time and urgency.
