★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the executive was suppose to come but he was bit late for collection of sample by the name if jitender and I was nit been informed, is this the way ur people work bloody my daughter was sitting empty stomach really unprofessional behaviour not ecceptable I didn't receive a call and I was been told ki aapka address nahi mila main aage nikal gya u Don't understand the emergency of the client really unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.. if I had option to give negative rating I would have definitely given that. It's been three days I am waiting for my report but they have no resolution and have not given me my report.. it was very urgent report for me but they are just saying please check after 2 hours .. after 2 hours again same words . It's really frustrating.. they are even not telling how much time will it take to update my reports.. pathetic service..

- Overcharging COVID patients
- Asking for PPE kits from patients only if they come for tests.
- Huge delays in reports and didn't pick up calls or talk properly
Dont waste you money and energy here. Better go for a trusted center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked blood tests at your lab yesterday . Was told to remain fasting and tech would come between 7-8 am on 30/09/21. As nobody came rang up to be told no tech has been allocated for blood pick up. Highly unprofessional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a slot and there was a strict timeline for conducting tests and at the end of the time. I waited for the person but last minute after lots of following up they told me that collection cannot be done and missed my test window. This should be criminalized and people's health is not a joke like they treat it here
