★ ★ ★ ★ ★ call centre totally helpless. they dont know why report is delayed, everytime you call them, they ask for more time and your issue will be never solve. poor service. they dont know that due to delay how much patient is suffering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my tracking number. I gave them some sample to test on 11 January 2022. Today it's 28 February 2022 and still I didn't received any report. I visited them 3 times but they say tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***Avoid for Covid Tests* beware. Terrible service. I had a flight at 830 pm and was advised I could pay 2400 and get within 3-6 hours. I paid took test at 1130am. I didn’t receive my results until 9pm. Waste of time and money. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class lab. No work ethics. Work culture is like Lala ji ki dukan. Whenever they feel like working they work else you keep on waiting like anything, they simple don't care. Even they provide you report very late.
My advise to go there only If you have full day to spare and wait for infinite amount of time for the reports to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why this clinic rating is less than 3 rating but would say that this click is neat & clean and clinic procedure is also good.
Go to clinic and register yourself, wait for your turn and get tested and get your report by end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab ever visited, they were lot more efficient earlier.
But now useless staff, especially the person assigned for the help of customers, he is so irresponsible and has no respect for the customers. No person, even the one at counter is tired of working. The whole staff needs rest, leaving the ones taking sample, which were okay.
Earlier lal path labs uses to attend each and every customer, but now they point the customers towards their booking machines and leave the customers on their own. They just want to make the customers learn how to become friendly with their machines, not with them (Ironical) !
