I have an appointment with a Dr for which I wanted a small modification in report. The actual test was done at a different center (Laketown Center (5/5)). But this center being closest to my home I went here. The guy sitting (Actually sleeping) at the reception agreed to get that done, I literally had to wake him up, and called me after 2 days. But for verification I went 1 day before (Today)and he said exactly this "Jaha ka report hai wahi karaiye" and that too very rudely in a careless manner ( Not at all a sorry for inconvenience face).
I am really moved to see such an unprofessional behaviour at a such a professional place like Dr Lalpathlabs.
He could have told me that 2 days earlier, when I told him the whole scenario, but actually at that time he wasn't listening to me, he was like "Ha ok de dijiye dekhte hai". And now I am gonna loose my appointment with the Dr tommorow and next appointment I will get after 3 weeks just because of that guys irresponsible behaviour.
Shame on such people !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got COVID tests and some other lab works done from this lab for me and my family. They were flexible about scheduling the test. They also did some modifications in the patient identification part of the test report as per international travel requirements on my request. Their response to any requirement was pretty fast and their friendly and helpful attitude made my experience smoother. Also, the reports issued by this lab were accepted as a standard lab report in India and internationally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They do not have a proper and transparent billing system. Almost after 6-7 days of testing they issued me a bill, that too after I had made a complaint to their head office. They had collected more amount from me than that was actually billed. Afterwards again on complaining to the H.O they sent me a revised bill where they had overcharged the tests price. Their H.O had themselves admitted that this centre had overcharged me and they will make a refund but still I haven't received any refund.
