★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 days of continuously calling and yelling they told me today that they have lost my sample and for the same reason they dont have any report. The most unprofessional people you can get. Fraud center and absolutely negligent about your health. Medical reports are the fundamental requirement of getting any checkup done. This is very very annoying and negligent on part of the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr. Lal Pathlabs Yusuf Sarai centre. Staff was very polite and so nice. The sample was withdrawn by miss nandini without any pain. They were attending patients in a well behaved manner. I felt delighted after visiting the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the center for collecting the reports in the evening on 11 April 2022. One of the female staff was busy talking. There was no one on the counter except me in the entire area.After waiting for few mins, when asked for the reports, the female staff behaved very very badly with me. She didn't even know how to talk properly. She asked me to wait outside very rudely with an improper tone on asking for my report.
She started printing the reports and started using her computer with anger. and didn't even had the audacity to put the reports in an envelope. Three the report on the table.
Super pathetic experience. The staff here is not at all experienced.
They are just hiring staff with inexperience and they even know how to talk to anyone. We are paying and just asking for our reports. The staff here is busy doing time pass and when asked for reports after waiting, gets angry on us.
Shame on you guys. How can you even handle people with such rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience, helpful staff, good behavior, timely work and services. Bit crowd but service is so fast and convincing that times flies like feather. Some reports like ecg, x-ray etc you can get instantly and others reports in evening if tests performed in the morning. You can get reports online too. All cards like cghs, corporate discount also available.
