★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. Fraud. Alert. Fraud. I took my ASUS ultraboook yesterday to them. It wasn't turning on. I asked them to check the battery and plug socket. The guy took it in and checked it. Came back and said the IC was shot and the motherboard needed to be repaired. I asked him if its motherboard's fault then why isnt it chargiing and ghe light isn't on. He defended his statement saying its the problem with a motherboard. I asked him to pack it and return to me which he did. Today i went to the authorised service centre and they fixed it for a mere 400 rs. problem was loose wiring. DONT GO TO THESE FRAUDSTERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudster - don't leave your laptop with them, they will replace your original parts. They stole my original RAM and replaced it with some chinese brand RAM.
Bharat is one of their employee. 2 days after getting a macbook air repaired, it stopped working, took it back and now he tells RAM needs to be replaced. when confronted about the RAM, their excuse is you have to check everything before taking the laptop away.
the owner of this company and employees are all together in this fraud business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you have a good reference from friends/family of a particular shop/person, please do not venture into Nehru Place market. Most shops are simply operating to make money in ANY way possible. Please especially DO NOT visit ‘Dr Laptop’ shop as they cheated me and stripped my device of some original parts. Narrating a particular (last visit) bad experience of mine - My Macbook, one fine morning, wouldn’t switch on and i needed a functional machine to work on my long flight back the next day. I was in the vicinity (for my visa work) and decided to get my device checked. At random i decided to get it checked at ‘Dr Laptop’ since they advertised in big font about their ‘Macbook Repairs service’. They made me sign some of the parts (giving me a false sense of security), and took it into their workshop (a deeper section into their retail store). After several hours and enquiring, a seemingly senior person/owner tells me that they need to work further on it. Eventually i am told that the motherboard is damaged from rough handling and can be replaced easily! After 6 hours of analysis, if they had to come back and tell me such a seemingly apparent damage, I can only imagine what they were doing with the device for all this time!! (Also I took utmost care of my Macbook at all times knowing how expensive it is. So ‘rough handling/dropping’ never happened with me.)… I decided I should save any further loss of my device’s original parts and asked to be given my device back immediately. They put everything back in place and returned my laptop. . Once i got back to the US, I got it repaired at an Apple Store with a hefty bill for replacing the ‘damaged’ board/chip (I don’t know at this point when / where the board/chip was damaged). But the kicker was a few days later, once i started working on my device, i learnt later that my laptop speakers were suddenly trash, the bluetooth drive unavailable, among other such things. I can safely surmise what my laptop went through in those 6 odd hours at that workshop in Nehru Place! I hope no one has to ever go through such bad experience, most certainly not at this store!
