Handle the patient if it's emergency they even don't know how to tackle the situation and talk likeglike they are the doctors,if there is rush they don't pay attention to the patient.if you can tackle their tantrums then can go,but really really bad experience.Staff is worst I have ever seen in my life.

β β β β β They charged Rupees 750 for the test which is costing only 420. The staff does not respond when you call them. They also asked to make all cash payment despite every hospital has online payment or card payment options.

β β β β β This is worst hospital i haven't ever seen such type of people.. specially Dr Prerna Agrawal , she is very unprofessional , she even doesn't want to talk with Patient and his family member. Her behaviour is venerable she says earlier everything is fine n normal since last day and suddenly says we will have to go for sergery , worst things was she passed her message through her subordinate and suggested CT Scan and other irrerelevant testing only for just making money even they couldn't justify this , staff says these testing for covid but we hv already provided negative covid test report for patient. They provided total estimate more than 60 thousand when we asked for this amount , hospital management hired some persons only for just hakkle patients family member and they said , you will hv to pay money otherwise ur patient can leave from here. They are not serving people they are truly just Businessman...i just wante to make sure it will not happen with other person.I wish if i can report this on any channel like IMA community. ---- we can't expect more than this you guys, you just refused my review look this is not fake , i can share my all madical bills but here there is no option for attachment...

β β β β β I don't know how professional the team of Doctors is but few reviews about this hospital are really alarming and not at all positive. Feedback given by my some relatives is frustrating in terms of unjustified billing of treatment.. they are just making money like a business entity not following the ethos of this nobel profession. Besides this hospital ask for the payment of extra 2% when patients pay through online mode. This is absolutely violation of govt of India's intention to encourage transperancy and digital transaction. Wish they understand some day that medical is not about mean of minting money but this is the service of humanity in a broader perspective.

Management was poor
Waited for 3 hours for ultrasound of my wife ..vo hua ni and atlast refund he lena pada...better hota ki infrastructure se jyada staff ki training pe karcha kia hota..

β β β β β My wife was 3 months pregnant and we decided to visit Dr prerna agarwal and first of all I must say that she is the most unprofessional doctor with untrained staff. We had visited her for normal checkup and after a physical inspection she instructed her staff for an ultrasound. I was surprised that after checking the ultrasound she has a fixed dialogue which is regular with 90% of her patients " ΰ€¬ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ₯ ΰ€Ήΰ€Ύΰ€°ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ€¬ΰ₯ΰ€ ΰ€¨ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ€Έΰ€ΰ₯ abort ΰ€ΰ€°ΰ€¨ΰ€Ύ ΰ€ͺΰ₯ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ€Ύ ΰ₯€ " I am glad to announce that the child she wish to abort is a healthy 8 year old kid and I am so happy that I never took her advice.So never visit this Dr Prerna and hospital if you want to save your child. Always go for 2nd opinion.
