★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist behaviour very bad, not respect to patient as well as parents.
Due to current situation of Covid-19 I have called to Kawedia Hospital from last 15 day's for book my appointment but still my appointment is not done and Lady receptionist is very rudely speaking after receive the call and no proper response from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it takes mostly your day but the Doctor is well experienced and treats you professionally, regarding the receptionist my view is to see the doctor for my treatment and have no concern who the receptionist is. As this doctor also sees in Jehingar hospital he's very busy with his schedule so at his clinic the wait time is long. Over all at the end of the day you have the right doctor to treat you.that matters the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic clinic I've seen in my entire life, they have zero responsibility towards patients, looks like they want some entertainment here cause they keep changing the appointment procedure according to their wish. If a patient is dying they will tell you that sorry the appointment procedure has changed please come tomorrow, the doctor is a money minded coward, and his receptionist hahahah no words for that stupid lady!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with appointment there is no proper system of appointment and Dr's timing. They don't take appointment on phone and you have to come personally for appointment. Dr's timing is 1pm as per file provided by Dr it self. To take appointment I have come at 12:30 Pm and its 4:00 pm Dr is still not in the hospital. They are just to make ? from your pocket. if you through more money he will look for you without appointment for which he called it as Tatkal?
