★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office of Dr.Meenakshi Ahuja reeks of capitalist greed. In the first consultation, the fees was INR 1200 which we were happy to pay. When tests worth INR 13K were suggested for review and post test we went for second consultation, the office again was charging us INR 1200. We couldn't help it as we wanted to have a final review, suddenly staff told us that the fees have been raised from INR1200 to INR1500.
when we enquired then we were informed that the fees were raised two weeks back. This was quite a shock to us and we decided to skip meeting her and consult another Dr which equal or more experience.
It feels bad and shocking to see that prestigious doctors and their staff, knowing that patients will have to atleast have minimum 2 sitting, decides to rip off them by charging discretionary fees and few irrelevant tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with the Dr Meenakshi and her team at Fortis GK2 . A 6 cm placenta was left out after under going C-sec .I was bleeding/spotting for almost 3 mnths . Initially she misguided and totally failed to diagonise saying that it can be hormonal imbalance or periods . However eventually after doing the ultrasound it was found out that placenta was left out . I had to go through a hysteroscopy and then a D&C to remove it .On top of it when we reported the incident to the management of Fortis GK2 , they denied it as a case of negligence. While I had to 2 through a lot of pain both physically and mentally the Dr has no guilt about it and even failed to acknowledge it as a case of negligence. I have completely lost faith in her .and wish I had never consulted her . Guys kindly choose your Dr wisely .
