Healthy adults who do not notice anything wrong with their eyes should see an eye doctor according to this schedule:
Birth to 24 Months: At 6 months of age
2 to 5 years: At 3 years of age
6 to 18 years: Before first grade and every two years thereafter
18 to 60 years: Every two years
61 & older: Annually
Children and adults who wear eyeglasses and contact lenses: Annually or as recommended

Very bad doctor I must say..Does not have the basic manners of talking to people.Very rude,implusive.He does not examine patients and start giving his opinion.I visited him today for my 6 year old son's eye test who has developed cataract in both his eyes 3 years back.After knowing that we have got our son eye's operated from some other doctor ,he got so angry that he started throwing his assumptions on us without examining him..I would never recommend this doctor to anyone who don't have a sense of how to talk to parents of such small child..This was our biggest mistake that we went to him for second opinion..

Reason - Regular eye check up
Solution - Dr gave new number for my glasses
Issue - I don't see anything with my glasses on, my previous glasses were much better.
When I told the Dr. about the issue, he advised me to use new glasses for some time and assured that my eyes will get use to it.
After a month I send them an email informing that they gave me a wrong number, I don't see a thing when I put my glasses on. NO REPLY FROM THEM!!!!!!
Although doctor himself is a nice person- very friendly and comforting, but I won't go back to him for my eye check up ever! period.
Everyone reading this review please take care of your eyes and find another doctor.

If any eye doctor cannot find the eyesight power then what is the use of those 10 or 20 years of experience??
My sister visited doctor in March month year 2021.
Doctor said that number of her eyes are changed drastically and the new numbers are -6.5 (Left) and -5.5 (Right). The difference in number was of -1 in both eyes. Of course it's a big change. We got a new specs for her and she was not able to see properly from those specs.
Then we thought to give a 2nd chance and get the eyes checked with Dr. Bharti sector 16 Faridabad at residence. The number we got was with difference in only one eye and that too was only -0.25 .
Then we gave a 3rd shot with famous Aastha eye clinic 5 Number Faridabad Dr. Gumbar.
There also we got same result of Dr. Bharti with difference of -0.25 only.
The best part yet to come. Dr. Manoj constantly asked us to get a checkup of Rs. 3000 for Keratoconus , else in future my sister my go blind. As per him , she has got Keratoconus. When I asked him for reasons, he was not able to explain it.
Dr. Bharti and Dr. Gumbar could not find anything like Keratoconus in her eyes.
It's a shame that Practo shared 5 out of 5 results only for the doctor, instead of sharing all feedbacks which should contain 1 star ratings too.
This leads to wastage of time and money.
This was just an information to those who want to get their eyes checked and might be visiting above 3 Doctors.
