Appointment in moring time 2pm but still 3:30 pm no good response very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience in this center.I went there for my Hsg test ,they told me and my husband to sign on consent form we did it.After 4hours of waiting time my turn came ,that doctor done the entire procedure without giving any painkiller and took 45min to do this test and at last he said mam your test has not done machine is not working properly.He took 45min for Hsg test I was in pain for 45min .I already knew that this test takes only 15 min but they done this test without checking their Xray machine.I suggest everyone to not to go this center go to other centers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated near Bela chowk rupnagar it's a imaging centre, with hitech and letest imaging machines generally patients visit here after a referral to this centre for scan, USG, ultrasound and other medical imaging requirements by their prescribing doctors ,
The incharge radiologist Dr Michael Rua is a professional
Radiologist who submit a detailed report for every image done at centre which is very helpful for doctor and patient as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place Dr Michael imaging is clean rather than other scan centres and there report is always better than other centers. Staff is very kind hearted . They treated with the patients very politely . With my experience dr Michael imaging centre is best scan centre in ropar city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No time management. Had to come twice to see the main doctor although I had called and taken an appointment. Huge delay in giving the report. The staff was polite just needs better management.
Suggestions -
1. Improve lighting of the waiting area
2. Move the reports online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good, but reception staff is pathetic, they don't know anything. Even with appointment you will wait 4 to 5 hours for your turn , they eat at reception,.
You can't use their washroom, if you do you will not come back safely hehe. They told us visit on time bcz they close hospital at 5pm but yesterday at 6:30pm we were waiting for our trun. Haha.
