I just called Dr Mithilesh Jha for taking appointment for my mother who is have extremely high blood sugar.. I called Dr. To take his appointment after going through all good reviews... But the staff who picked up phone was so ill-mannered and arrogant... He said "teen din Baad ka appointment milega"I asked ki patient serious hai... On which he said, "to hum kya karein, doc serious patient nahi dekhte hain" uske pehle ka appointment nahi milega... 50 patient Ko bhaga to nahi denge na..."I requested him to let me talk to doc... He said "unse baat nahi hogi... Jo hain so hum hain"...
Inspite of me continuous request to see my patient(my mom) the staff ( who did not tell his name) misbehaved... And argued..
Respected Dr Jha ji, I have read all good reviews about u. Then why ur staffs are so ill mannered?
Very disappointing behavior..

β β β β β The good thing is that the behaviour of Doctor Mithilesh Jha and his excellency in doctory.
But the annoying thing is that you have to wait for your number. There is no facility for the patient from far away even to sit properly. Only the pateint who is in number can sit inside the clinic. Outside the clinic there is no such facility.
There is no emergency services.
