★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Last 15 years sugar diabetes not control but now I come dr mohans diabetes centreWith in 6 months sugar is controlled. And I am very satisfied for treatment. Dr moumita mam is good behavior. All over staff are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to this branch, I use to check-up in Bangalore branch, I was expecting same experience here too but it's was far difference, first of all staff behavior, 1. they are very rude 2. All staffs are money minded, they always try to make your bill high by doing extra test or selling their products etc.. so please be careful of that. 3.They don't maintain patients booking list 4. They're taking online booking but when patient visits there are no records found. 5.Shortage of seating and Shortage of staff because of that patients are getting fight in between, it's a kind of harassment. I went went all the way from Krishnagar and the receptionist was telling me that I have to reschedule my booking though my booking was confirmed, last but not the list Dr. Come very late because of that those are visiting from far for them it's take whole day. Overall my experience wasn't good. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have visited this institution as an old patient. I am very much happy with the enthusiastic attitude of Doctors and all staff who attended me time to time. I did not feel that I am a patient of chronic hyperglycemia. I am really impressed about the behaviour and line of treatment. I wish the greater success of all.

1. All staffs are cooperative and friendly, always eager to help you and clarify your doubts.
2. Dr. Datta madam is giving proper time , explanations and advice.
3. Clean and neat place
4. Taking proper appoinment systematic way and reserve your seat in advance. I really like that way they did.
5. Dieticians are also helpful and give a proper diet charts, food list etc.
6. Less pain way they took the blood that was awesome.
7. Security guy was also doing his job with propmtness.
8. Breakfast also good with 50 rupees, you can avail.
Cons:
1. They will force you to purchase medicines from them which they are not giving any discount, whereas i can easily get min 15 to 20% discount outside. So be careful at this area.
2. They will give you some unnecessary tests which accumulating cost to 6k or 8k easily. Be careful in this area.
3. They will try to sell their sugar monitor device which is very costly. Be careful in this area.
I have changed the Rating from 5 stars to 4 stars for the above 3 negative points.
I have overall good experience. Thanks Dr. Mohan's team. Please keep up the good work.
