★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good doctor, but services are unhygienic. My father under went an Endoscopy, we saw that the equipment was not being sterilised, but just being washed under running water, every patient was being called in considerably very fast after the last one, so there’s no scope of time for them to even do the necessary cleaning. Really disappointed that patients are being taken for such a ride even after paying a good amount. Regardless of the fee, hygiene should be paramount in a medical facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is the most terrible possible (the politest I can keep it). I had called in the morning and asked about booking an appointment, the receptionist lady said that the DOC WILL SEE PATIENTS “WITHOUT APPOINTMENT” FROM 12-3pm. (Doc will be there from 12-5pm, the receptionist “conveniently forgot to mention the lunch break from 2-2:30pm”).
Then when we arrived at 12:45pm at the clinic we realised that they have taken appointments over the phone from 8:30am. And they would give preference to all those with prior appointments (no matter when they arrive). My friend has a GI infection and is running a very high fever with severe body ache, but the receptionist just says that she ”can’t help it”.
As more and more patients “WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENTS” pour in, our number just keeps getting deferred. The staffs behave like they own the place.
Either the doc should get new receptionist or patients can just go elsewhere. Cause your immediate well being has no value here.
P.S it’s 3pm already and we are still awaiting our turn. My friend is so troubled that we can’t even move him somewhere else right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all.Worst doctor ever seen in my life. She is the culprit for ruining my mom's health.
In January we visited her as mom complained about abdomen pain.She did basic reports ans suggested ulcers and stones. Whereas she ignored platelets thing.also gallbladder thickening. We asked her is anything to worry? She just nods her head.no proper explaining of problem nothing she does.arrogant person.my mom is diagnosed with gallbladder cancer.which would if properly diagnosed by Molina khanna at that time could have helped operation and removal of tumor.but this lady didn't uttered a word.just ignored all vitals parameters in reports.a suggestion : if a patient comes to you, atleast have a courtesy to talk and speak to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really sure about her treatment but we tried contacting her on Sat and Sun as my Dad's health kep deteriorating. We had earlier visited her on Friday. I understand everyone needs a break but when a patient calls you multiple times a day I believe it is a doctor's responsibility to revert and check if everything is in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended . Took my father to her as some liver tests were not good. She did many test and gave medicines . She could not rectify any disease properly even afer number of tests,endoscopy and byopsy. And earlier in the beginning she said that she will do all the necessary test and come to conclusion and start the proper treatment. But now she said that there is no new treatment you have to continue the same medicines . which means she clearly does not know what happened to my father and indirectly convey her message that she might not do the treatment further . We then went to another liver specialist and he said he is daignosed with cirrhosis and the medicines which molina gave were useless. She wasted our 2 months and during that period my fathers treatment would have been done and he would be fine by now. Also she never clearly speaks or explains about the tests or the diseases.very arrogant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molina Khanna's medicines made my body very acidic. For simple constipation, she gave me 5 medicines thrice a day. I thought I might have some problem, but diagnosis was simple constipation. I fell very sick after so many medicines, vomitted all yellow pitta after just 3 days of taking such high dose medicines.then I treated my constipation by home remedies.! She is costly, time consuming, forcing to buy medicines from their pharmacy. Scared me Saying- some medicines may not be available outside. Not worth. Money minded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless doctors and staff... No respect for people's time. Never available in emergencies.. sometimes the assistant doctors respond with some random medicine or syrups. Medicines given by Molina Khanna itself are very heavy doses and got the patient bleeding in stool .. dizziness all day .. and when you tell her all of these issues and ask for cure.. she'll just talk arrogantly and ask you to visit another doctor after extracting huge lot of money from the patient.
This needs to be addressed. People please read the Google reviews before you visit such irresponsible so called doctors for your precious health
