I took the appointment and reached there on time , find out there is no appointment system you have to wait in queue , we was okay with it and told staff for reason of coming and he asked us to wait , meanwhile he allowed one person directly without asking them to wait in queue looks like he was some friend of doctor and so he got the edge over us because we are common people . After waiting for 1 hour we went inside the Doctor Cabin and to out surprise the doctor told the vaccination not available and already finished ,this happens when we took the appointment and told the same over phone and after reaching conveyed the same to the Staff person . While we were there not even a single child was of 18-24 months age (Vaccination to be given in that age only) , so this means the vaccination must have end it before we reach there , staff can ask us to leave in beginning only when we clearly told him the reason of coming .
I didn't find the staff to be helpful and even doctor could have synch the information to staff when some vaccination end so the people do not have to wait there in 35'C Temperature without any facility .
Also we find out that nobody was following the distance rule and staff was not even asking them to follow just wear the mask that's it .

The consultancy fees is also adequate and the medicines prescribed by her is also very cheap and ..She listens to the patient very patiently and politely... Privacy is also taken care of.
She is the best doctor you can find in Ujjain
