★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an athlete involved in various outdoor games. I was suffering from chronic gluteus maximus strain since 2012.
I had undergone various treatments including physio therapy for 3 months. However there is no satisfactory results.
I was referred to Dr Mona by my trainer. There I went through dry needling therapy and taping. According
to her protocol I got relieved in few sessions, which helped me to achieve my dream of completing Full marathon #TMM202 quite easily which once seemed to be an impossible task.
I strongly recommend everyone who has such injuries to undergo the treatment at S M STIDE CARE PHYSIO CENTRE by Dr Mona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from frozen shoulder 6 months before and had taken treatment from many physios but was not benefited.when I started taking treat from Dr Mona I started getting relieved from pain in few sessions and got my shoulder movements very soon due to the dedicated and sincere efforts of Dr Mona. And I wanted to tell after few months back due to my bad luck I got a paralytic attack and got completely disabled on my right side and again I need physio and Dr Mona was my first choice.I had taken treatment from her on her well equipped clinic and again by her efforts I started walking and now able to type my review with my both hands.iam really very thank to Dr Mona.I fully recommend Dr Mona for physio therapy treatment of orthopaedic and neurology condition.Take her help Iam sure you will be benefited like me.
