The receptionist are so rude to patient they can't understand the patient situation or his family members situation. They have to change their behaviour to patient. There are two AC but not in working condition also in summer.

She should learn how to speak to a junior doctor and limit her rudeness to herself.
Doctors are compassionate as I heard.
This is the opposite here.

Change your receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a doctor you should know how to behave with a patient and not shout on someone for your faults. Rescheduling appointments and still not conducting it is a breach of professionalism which is especially not expected from a Dr and showing negative attitude is not a thing a person with proper manners will do. If you behave so rudely with a Dr I am wondering what the lay men visiting you would be facing.

We have given the appointment time ,but they are not taking the patients on time they are wasting our time ,they are doing their business
How can they do this to us , patients has no values
