★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The head doctor mr Muralidhar is an extremely VIP culture based person. He firsts scares and then does some super expensive tests. The support staff would treat you as in a govt hospital in your follow up visits.
IF you visit this clinic and a vip guest comes,even if you have waited for 2 hours, forget your consultation fees, forget any time with the Doctor, all you will get is a very costly retina test and reading letters off the wall.
I don't recommend this place after facing this issue in 2 visits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my catract surgery and also got initial treatment for Diabetic retinopathy.I found the doctor to be very RUDE and even during surgery he was scolding instead of consoling.
After being fully harrassed I was afraid to see him and have moved to other Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt he is a very good Doctor.He was fantastic While he was in KAR Clinic. From past few years service is really not up to standard and also in Bhubaneswar we have better option available.
All new members present in this hospital is not capable of dealing properly whether be it insurance or glasses. Can visit only for Mr Muralidhar otherwise rest all services are below par as per standard specific to customer dealing.
