I could not even see the doctor. His receptionist is so rude that he has not even any sense of talking. We called on 26th Aug, 2019 to get the appointment. He told us to come on 3rd Sept at 5.00 pm. But, when we reached there on 3rd sept, he said there is no appointment by your name and started misbehaving.
We were shocked. He was talking like he was working at some railway station, not with any renowned doctor.
I request to the doctor, if u actually read the reviews, kindly make him learn to talk to patients properly. The patients visit you in need, not just to roam around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I made online a(only option he provides) my probable acne ,even I don't actually understand what kind it is, on September he prescribed a tablet and a cream, NO IMPROVEMENT at all after paying him 500 I called him up after 4 month in his prescription ,he say pay me another 500 as he can't remember ,like what the hell, after paying him another 500 he says share me a photo as watsapp calls aren't clear, in both of the appointments he has been so unprofessional he doesn't even give you a diagnosis as to what is happening to you so that you can understand. Also I sent him a vedio for him to see the texture of my acne he slept on that message.Just trying to.mint ONLINE money in this pandemic. Entire doctor fraternity is out in the field but he still is WFH. He doesn't have basic ettiqutes to talk to his customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an online appointment. But, the response was not satisfactory. I couldn’t explain my problem and nor could understand the medicines that were prescribed. Doctor is really great because I have consulted in the past. But, the online approach is really very bad as it does not give satisfactory resolutions. I will not recommend for online consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible on-call consultation experience. Doctor was highly unprofessional. Called 10 minutes late for a 15 minutes appointment and hung up in 3 minutes. Talked really rudely, zero professionalism. DO NOT go for the on-call consultation. Really disappointed.
