I want to give the review before some time but I ignored but this was the second incident and now I am sharing my recent experience with SAABOO HOSPITAL , my nephew met with an accident and got severe injury in right leg. I quickly rush to the nearest hospital which was Saboo hospital but the doctor was not available at the moment and staff forcing me to give the emergency consultation fee without giving me the slip. I agreed and ask them to call the doctor as kid was in a severe pain. Hospital staff called the doctor and ask about the patient and after the call staff ensured me that doctor is coming and please wait. After 10 -15 minutes I asked to the staff about the doctor but no one was giving me the proper response .Also the doctor was not picking up the phone.I again asked and another staff rudely behaved and cried on me ,go to the another hospital.I request him to give me in written but he denied and misbehaving.
I was unable to take the action against the hospital staff at that time because my nephew was important for me and I went with my nephew to the another hospital.
Very pathetic hospital. Please donβt go to this hospital if you really love your family, friends and relatives.

β β β β β They seem to be unprofessional Vivek Saboo runs a service which provides nursing at home. i.e. 'Ghar par Hospital' In order to avail his services I took an appointment for 1.30 pm and when I reached there he said he left the hospital. No courtesy, no commitment of time, so we can imagine this guy can wash off his hands very casually of any situation , not fit to be a doctor.
