Good treatment for child .

Good experienced doctor. Happy with him Response....

Worst behaviour, no manners to talk to patients in front of me a lady came to ask about her daughter & she requested not to take consultation again coz she already given before 2 days, he shouted on reception to delete their contact details and not to visit again in his clinic, he is a child specialist this is not the way to talk

Today I visited and I like the way doctor was curious to know all related issue with my kiddo , but worse thing is advance payment before visiting....Rest all looks very good to me and hoping give solution will work perfectly...

Nagendra Gupta clinic in Rohini sector 16 is just okay.. Doctor is knowledgeable and understand symptoms quickly but only drawback is doctor keeps no record of their patient so when you visit next time you carry all records. also there is no phone support they always say to come and visit regarless of child condition of going out. so we are no longer going there and we opted Dr. Dinesh Mittal in Rohini sector 3 which is much better in terms of services and we are happy going there. they kee records and intimate via sms when you have a vaccination due date coming up. also records all previous visits in computer which is a+

One of the best child specialist around....ton of experience and also doesn't prescribe many medicines, has all the records of his patients on his ipad. Also, he talks bare minimum and sometimes can be rude to parents (as we parents sometimes ask silly questions) but he is one of the best.

I visited the doctor sometime September '21. I have no hesitancy in saying he is the worst doctor I ever visited in life, the experience start from the waiting room itself where he has a printout pasted that says "take off you shoes and EGO aside before stepping on the weighing scale". That EGO word bothered me a bit because I don't relate use of such loud words from qualified professionals but anyways I ignored. His assistant seems to be someone below 18 kind of boy, will upfront ask for visit charges. Well again one can imagine the mentality here to encourage child labour. But the real experience was awaiting us inside. As soon as we moved in his first words were "why you have so much of EGO that you didn't get weighing done for your kid" we were taken aback. He started shouting "you can leave the room, you are wasting my time (though there was no other patient outside, probably we were the odd one out visiting him)" he didnt give us any chance to explain why we didn't do the weighing. Then as soon as we started explaining symptoms and I casually said looks like chest congested and the way he shouted " don't give me diagnosis, give me symptoms". Both me and my wife felt like run away from the room but for the sake of son's health we just kept silent and then the next thing started. He asked me hold the kid with back facing the doctor. And he gave 15 different instructions in less than 10 seconds " aise pakdo, Ye karo aise karo waise karo". I don't mind taking instructions but they way he talks is abusive. By that time we were so drained with the torture and then he didn't give us any conclusive answer like what is wrong with kid. All he told is could be viral and then again reminded "never again in life when you visit a doctor give him analysis, give him symptoms". I seriously feel he has EGO problems himself that's why he use and printed this word. Haha. Finally he gave us the prescription but who wanted to ask anything we thought better to leave and visit someone atleast human. I would recommend no one should visit such doctor who doesn't even have manners to talk. There is no point of education if you can't be courteous. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to be detailed so that everyone can imagine the state of mind of this doctor. He needs treatment for himself, he is not fit to treat anyone. Haha. Thanks!
