Worst ever dentists I have met at this clinic. They have opened a shop just to mint money and spoil the patient's oral health. Their pediatric dentist decided to go for a treatment similar to root canal but not root canal without even touching my child (when she consulted us on the road as she was going to drop her nephew off to the school and decided that my daughter needs a root canal like treatment for her tooth pain). She did not bother to take an x-ray too. But proceeded for her treatment. Did not take any precaution that the child should not bite the area where anesthesia was given. So my dauggter ended up biting her lip. Which gave her swelling immediately. That swelling never went away but started increasing after 2 days and then both her lips had become balloonish. I met these two doctors again but they gave their expert opinions that it can be some other viral imfection, or some insect bite, or it canbe hereditary thing but were surr it had not happened because of their treatment. I consulted my pediatrician and she confirmed the chances of dental treatment issues which can be or cannot be the root cause of the swelling and infection. She started her treatment but the infection was not reducing and then the pediatrician had to start the antibiotics dosages. These two dentists were asking for updates about my daughter's health and the pediatric dentist started claiming that I am going to a wrong pediatrician and I better change my pediatrician for my daughter's betterment. To which I actually wanted to laugh at their shamelessness. I decided to stop the treatment and went to this Narse's clinic to get the bills so that I could claim my mediclaim. But money minting shop it is, they gave me the bill of 4500/-whereas I already had paid them 6500/- I said I have paid you the full amount so you need to give me the bill of full amount. But the doctor Nikisha Narse said that she cannot give me the bill of full amount when she has not given the treatment of full amount. I said okay, if the bill is of 4500/- then tou should return the balance money of 2000/- And she says no we can't refund your money. We are still saying that you can come anytime and take further treatment and further bills. I said when I don't want to continue with your treatment, why shoulf I keep that money balance with you? But bith these doctors kept arguing that they neither can provide the bills of full amount nor can give me my balance amount. Later my pediatrician took a call and recommended changing the pediatrician and a renowned pediatrician of Mumbai started treating my daughter. Just within 2 sittings my daughter was all okay and he too was surprised to know that her previous treatment was done after a consultation on the road and without an x-ray. Stay away from this multi-speciality clinic. Their doctors consult on the road and decide the treatment within a minute without even seeing the child's tooth and finding the reason behind the pain and do the treatment without x-ray. And there is a huge communication gap between these two doctors too. One says Root canal is done and the other one says we can't do root canal for such small kids so a similar treatment is done. When I questioned Dr.Nikisha of not knowing the exact treatment,she said how would I know when doctor Parin has ticked onRoot canal but mentioned the actual treatment below that. Moreover they don't provide you the casepapers and files saying we never give it to the patients as they can be irresponsible while maintaining the papers. If you want you can take a photocopy for your reference, whereas I have never met a doctor who doesn't give a file or casepaper. Do not spoul your health by going to such doctors ever.

Best Experience I had my 2 wisdom tooth extraction and scaling done . By far I had my best experience among all my dentist . She was totally patient while doing her job and was explaining me all small small details so that I understand my tooth extraction procedure better. She also is very easy to consult for any small queries or problems .

The clinic is well maintained and spacious with upto date medical instruments, treatment being superb - doctors thoroughly explain you what treatment is being done before executing the same.
