★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. Even after taking an appointment we had to wait.
We were informed to wait as there were only 3 patients, but the count didn't decrease even after 30 minutes. That was to consult one doctor who prepared reports. We were then asked to wait again for 10 minutes, here again the ten minutes lasted for 35 minutes.
Miscommitment is the best over here.
If the doctor is too busy, the staff should at least give the correct time.
The doctor seems good though and the line of treatment is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in USA .specialy pland to meet Doctor Naveen for nasal polyps surgery .Everything was very organized Doctor Rajan examined every thing and Dr Naveen explained everything about my condition which was never explained here in USA..and It was great experience..right now I can breath freely..but next for next india visit ..I really want to meet Doctor . And hope Doctors could give some online consultation for patients like me who stays out of India..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got operated and treated by Dr Navin Patel sir and Dr Rajan Merai. Highly knowledgeable and straightforward people. Would not misguide people but at same timetaking Extra care. I am in contact with them from last 6 months and have good experience of while team till now.
One suggestion would be the sitting for waiting area is very congested and doesn't allow proper social distancing
