Dr. Neelesh Tiwari has done his M.D. in Psychiatry and also six months training in Neurology from one of the most prestigious medical colleges of India which is King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. After completion of his M.D. Dr. Neelesh Tiwari has worked as Chief in the Department of Psychiatry, K.G.M.C. He has also worked in the Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences Shahdara, Delhi and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. He has attended and presented dozens of papers / posters on different neuropsychiatric problems in many International and National conferences. His new modality of treatment for trichotillomania (a disorder) also got published in the Australian and New Zealand journal of psychiatry. His spectrum of clientele includes the families of Ex. President of India, various ministers, member of Parliaments, senior bureaucrats and also people living in squalor & below poverty line. Dr. Neelesh Tiwari is a member of National Security Committee for all CBSE schools, made by CBSE under the instruction of HRD ministry which has only 8 members in the country and is for monitoring of assurance of compliance by schools regarding safety, security & needs of school going children. Dr.Neelesh Tiwari has also started an NGO, Soulgate Education society to give training to school children in six designated fields which are very important for building of a child’s personality & attitude 1. surrounding me and hearing abnormal sounds. I lost my job due to my
health issue. I also concerned many Dr but could not find any benefit. My
family member took me to visit Dr Neelesh Tiwari. He first listened to my
problem politely and then he prescribed some medicine and told me to talk
about medicine regularly and if any problem then talk to me. On
subsequent visits he decreased the medicine and now I am taking only 1
medicine at night and I have also started my new job and also feel very
happy and relaxed... Dr Neelesh Tiwari yadav clearly explained my disease
and symptoms and precaution to be taken at last thanks to Dr Neelesh for
changing my life....

Disorder. He firstly did my assessment by asking about my family
background and then moved forward to my problems. My first session with
