★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience...we waited for our number but when the patient went inside, the nurse was illiterate and completely mannerless. Behaved like stupid. And by the time ultrasound is going on, male staff is trying to sneak inside that room. Asked the doctor but she was totally speechless and no responsibility from the doctor. Management is worst and not even educated enough to deal with customers.
Will never suggest anyone to visit this place ever.
TOTAL BAKWAAS.....WORST EXPERIENCE....TOTAL MISBEHAVE.....

Doctor and nurse both are in hurry to complete the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 star if possible. Let me start from the beginning.
I called to book an appointment and the receptionist told me booking on phone number is not available. I went there at the opening time (11:00 AM). Receptionist told me your number is 14 and stated that it will take around 1-1.5 hours, after giving them required charges for Sonography. I inquired around after 1.5 hours and the guy told me it's 6th number going on. Try after an hour. Then again I called after an hour he said your number has been already gone and now 19th number is running. I went there he said no worry I will take your number in 10 mins. Again 45 mins passed and then sonography was done. Now staff told me to collect the report after 1 hour.
So in nutshell you need " FULL COMPLETE DAY TO HAVE THE SONOGRAPHY DONE". Seriously...
Will never ever visit this center and will not recommended to anyone.
@ Dr Neeti : You should take required action so that mismanagement can be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Went for level 2 check up.
1. Staff not provide complete information in one go.
2. Dont like the behavior of nurse in the sonography room. Doctor and nurse both are in hurry to complete the test.
3. In max 8-10 min they are doing level 2 test for all the patients which seems to be impossible. How could all the babies respond to the test so fast?
4. They not even asked the case history before examin the patient.
5. Even they dont have any set up so that you can see the baby on screen while going through the examination. How could one get to know the reality of the test?
6. Once my examination had done by the doctor ,nurse in the room not given me even 1 minute to gather my stuff from the table. She just throw my all stuff on me and asking me to leave the room. Unprofessional behavior by the nurse.
7. Even after asking to check the reference file, doctor in the room not even look in to the case before examin me. She not even utter a word to me regarding the health of my baby. It's me only asking the questions in respond to which she's not giving me any satisfactory answers.
I will never recommend anyone to go for this dignostic center especially for 1st time pregnant women level 2 test.

But this is wrong with patients due to the drs. Those are reffer to that hospital.
Very bad satisfaction...
Guys please take it seriously before reaching hospital.
After the 2 hours test still waiting for report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience i went it for hsg test and the staff dont know anything about this and in the middle they are not able to remove the tube, after that they need to call the doctor then only the tube was removed.
I will not suggest anyone for this diagnostic centre.
Staffs are unprofessional.
