I resides in Lohgaon area and I have to visit Bhandarkar road for checkup of my daughter.
I made appointment day before and also re-confirm about his availability before starting from home as it took good time to reach and fare too (prefer Cab due to parking issue near clinic). I had direct call with doctor and he said he is available from 6PM.
I planned accordingly and booked cab for 5PM , Since, it was raining my Cab got delayed and we reached at 6.20 PM due to rain and bad traffic.
When we ask the receptionist she told doctor has not came to the clinic yet. We said please call him as we have appointment. Unfortunately Doctors phone is not reachable for next 15 mins. When I tried calling then it was ringing but it was not attended. Then I messaged him ,again no response.
After waiting 40 mins we came back.
I would only say , if you can't make for any reqson please do inform accrodingly as I wasted 1000 bugs and 3 hours.
I am really disappointed and I have to check for another doctor as I can't believe any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken services from Dr. Nikhil Rishikeshi for my mom's cataract sugery for both eyes in the last two years. I must stress that Dr. Rishikeshi is the most humble doctor I have ever come across. He is empathetic towards his clients and ensures that he spends time with each of them without rushing through. I am currently residing in Australia and my mom is alone back in India. She needed her cataract procedure to be done for her 2nd eye on priority but due to prevailing Covid travel ban, I couldn't be present. Doc ensured that she is taken care of, every bit of the way and played a vital role in boosting her confidence to get the surgery done by herself!
Personally, Dr Rishikeshi comes across as a very jovial, kind and positive person who is always willing to listen and help. I would recommend his service to anyone without a 2nd thought!
