★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional non punctual staff and doctor.
Me & my mom have taken online appointment of Dr. Shital Patil of clear skin clinic (She is a replacement of Dr. Nikita Patel as she went for her maternity leave) for hair treatment dated 16th September 2021. I was supposed to receive call in between 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm however neither we have received call nor any communication through what's app, email about the delay from clinic. My mom is a patient still i advised her not to sleep because of this appoinment also i have cancelled my office meeting. Since i did not received call i had followed up with clinic at 5:17 pm and i have been told that appointment is reschedule to 6:00 pm to 8:00pm. Remember i have already paid Rs. 900 in advance for the consultation. I have never received call even after 9:00pm so again i followed up with clinic but no response. Next day morning (17th September 2021) clinic said they tried calling on incorrect number and never bothered to even message on my number through which i have been communicating with them since long time and every time it's a same unprofessional no punctual experience. If you do want to take unnecessary headache and want to spoil your entire day you dare to take an appointment of Dr. Shital Patil ( Clear skin clinic). I seriously can not trust the treatment of doctor who can not value and respect others time. I will not recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone. I would have rated -1 if i could have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted Dr. Nikita Patel for my skin treatment. She looked into it and suggested proper treatments. She always avoids unnecessary ointments and medicines. I got the result very soon and even they have value for money. She is very friendly and I love the way she treated me and explain properly. Staff members are also very friendly, cooperative and kind. Along with my treatments I did photo facial and it was simply wow and very relaxing, can see result immediately. Sarika Mam did great job and explained each and every step of procedure properly.

1. We understand that skin conditions takes time to get healed, and it is not your fault that my skin is reacting to the products. But I was and still in discomfort due to my skin condition and just needed a follow-up consultation (video) instead of texts so that you can have a look at my skin and the rashes and check why its happening.
I would've waited till the next consultation but my situation is so worst that it pains to even touch my skin. Maybe the prescribed products didn't suit me.
2. We have continuously following up with the receptionist but getting an appointment is really difficult.
3. Lastly, I am not sure why you are charging consultation fee when we followed up within 2 days. From our point of view it's not justified.
Kindly suggest, what should a patient do in such a situation?
How do I become petty, when I am just trying to reach out to you because of my desperate situation.

My face was full of pimples I was so depressed but my best friend suggested me this clinic and I visited there only once and now I'm taking online treatment but trust me I saw the results in one month now I don’t have pimples only Dark spots are there and a few acne scars but the dr said even the will go after some time and I'm still taking online treatment and still the results are amazing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 1st time I ever did something like this, Dr. Nikita is the best, made me understand what is wrong and how we can counter it. It was my wedding on 9th and keeping that in mind she advised the remedy.
Sarika the lady who did all that face massage and all, did it with ease and there was no rush. Letting me know what she was doing and also consoling me when I was scared.
I felt real good as they understood that I never did it before and they took atmost care. Totally worth it. Not just why people go to salon or spa.

Shital both are very polite while speaking if they are giving prescription she explained how this medicines will work and other stuff. I had been facing acne problems which result into acne marks but now after 2-3 months of proper care directed by Dr everything has vanished. so thanks to the Dr!

Very well behaved and sophisticated doctor and all staff
Two times I called in for treatment on urgent basis due to some personal reason, doctor and staff understood and tried to make slots available.
Food habit advices and routine changes are very helpful.

It helped my skin to look glowing and healthy, also it tightens the skin and remove tanning from the face.
I would recommend to try this facial once you will love it.
Also all other treatments at clear skin clinic are very good. Dr Nikita Patel personally help patients for choosing what they need to do with there skin. Dr is so polite and well explanatory, she treat her patient like family.
