★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was new to Indirapuram. My daughter was very sick with chest congestion and Swine flu. I went by online review of Dr. Rinshu. She diagnosed my daughter and her medication program was very effective in curing my child.
She spent proper time in understanding the medical history and symptoms with a positive attitude.
I am very satisfied and will continue with future paediatric consultations with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Won't recommend her. During this pandemic, I had been trying to reach out Dr. Rinshu Bansal, as my 1 year old was her regular patient. Also, I wasn't in the town. Everytime her assistant would answer the phone and tell me that doctor is busy and will call back. I never received any call back from doctor's clinic. After waiting long, I called her clinic to check with the assistant on when will the doctor call me back. I had been following up since days now and my baby was still ill.
To my surprise, doctor's assistant told me to visit clinic as doctor would not consult anyone telephonically. I told him I am out of station to which he replied to contact a doctor wherever I was, as Doctor Rinshu Bansal won't take any calls. My calls were continuosly disconnected without even once transferring my calls to the doctor. During these times, all doctors are consulting their patients online and calling only if necessary. But apparently Doctor Rinshu Bansal has advised her support staff that she won't consult anyone telephonically but call patients (little ones who don't even wear masks) to her clinic, only.
This is highly unprofessional and I would suggest people avoiding such money minded doctors who would not even consult their regular patients because they are somewhere remotely located, and doctors and their staff and just scared that patients won't be paying them the fees if they are not coming to the clinic.
Dr. Rinshu Bansal and team - I know you go through most of the feedbacks. So, here is a quick message for you -
Your assistant won't let me reach you out and he disconnects my calls everytime.
We live in 2020. There are various means to pay your fees. I could have easily done that online but you broke my trust. This is highly unprofessional.
If you do not wish to take calls from your patients, you should not be sharing your number as well on your prescriptions and on google. A doctor should be available to take calls from their patients even at midnights and in case you had been busy, you could have called me back. Even if you could not call me back, your assistant could have acknowledge his mistake now and transferred my call to you, instead of giving me such unrequied advise and disconnecting my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the ongoing covid-19 situation not many doctors are practicing through their clinics but fortunately I found Dr. Rinshu on time for my critically ill son who had a high fever and an infection coupled with serious allergic reaction from some medicine that was prescribed by some other doctor through online mode (which is not effective in my opinion).
But after Dr. Rinshu's intervention my son started to recover and within 3 days he is all well, I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.
She is so kind and polite she administers the patients quite thoroughly and explains properly.
The follow up procedure is even better, she takes the call when you're in urgent need of an advice or if there is an emergency.
I am fully satisfied and have made Dr. Rinshu's clinic my first choice.

I have been visiting her since my daughter was born, she handled all my issues with newborn Very nicely and provided a genuine solutions to follow up. Now I am regularly visiting her clinic for my kid's vaccination and my kid never had fever or any kind of discomfort after vaccination.
It's really relieving that your kid is in safe hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the best child specialist doctor in Indirapuram. My son was not feeling well so we went to her for checkup. She handled the situation very calmly and kept us positive throughout the treatment. Medicines and prescriptions recommended by her resulted in speedy recovery. Never in any of her conversations she tried to scare us like other doctors. Would recommend her to anyone. Keep up the good work doctor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She recommended 5-6 blood tests(cbc, dengu, blood culture, typhoid etc) at one go for my 1.5 year old baby on the second day of her fever which was just 100. She is fully vaccinated against typhoid and all with the best possible vaccine. There was no other symptom. My daughter got faint while giving blood. After asking her same over the call she started screaming on me. If she knew that negativecbc report would make it clear that its viral fever, why would she ask for so many tests for such a small baby. And no test would rule out typhoid on second day fever. She talked so badly with me. Very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to ask once about my baby as a doctor. Would never recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.rinshu a big Thank you! My 5 year old daughter got diarrhea and was suffering from unbearable stomach ache. She after being medicated by Dr. rinshu , not only recovered well with minimum medication but happily gets ready to visit the clinic owing to the child friendly environment there. The humbleness and patience of the doctor is commendable.
Recommended to all who want complete attention and care for their dear ones!!
