Dr. Nitish, the owner of Nitish Physiotherapy Centre in New Delhi, has over ten years of experience of working in the field of physiotherapy. During this period, He has a record of solving backache problems of 3000 patients and has also extended his services to patients with other difficulties. He has completed his BPT and FAGE degrees from KMC Mangalore Manipal University (Kasturba Medical College). After graduating from the same, He worked for two and a half years in the same hospital in order to gather work experience and better his techniques.
Dr. Nitish had been running a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic called Marya Health Care center from 2010 to 2011. Marya Health Care center was situated in Greater Kailash – 2. He then moved to New Delhi where he started his own physiotherapy clinic called ‘Nitish Physiotherapy Centre’. While running his own clinic, he also continued practicing in Talwar Medical Centre which is located in GK-2. He has also worked previously as a consultant with the Asian Clinic situated in GK-1. He has attended many workshops on ‘stroke rehab’ considering it an interesting matter. His specialties include treating backaches, sports injuries and also post-surgical rehab.

We tried everything hot water bag, pain relieving sprays like moov and even tried nerve related medicines but nothing was helping and the pain was not going at all. Finally we decided to go to Dr. Nitish for physiotherapy and after 5 session my wife was in a very good state and the paid had gone completely. Dr. Nitish is very kind and humble person and very knowledgeable as well. His treatment is very effective. If you suffer from any severe pain then you must go to Dr. Nitish. The consulting fees is also very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I underwent a treatment under Dr Nitish for 8 days after I complained of severe pain on the upper shoulder on both sides and also in between the shoulder blades, recently. For me, Dr Nitish was my only resort when a trained physiotherapist in Noida failed to diagnose the source of my pain even after 5 sessions. I live in Noida and I travelled to Kalkaji for the treatment at Dr Nitish's clinic because I knew that he would offer me the right treatment. My pain has subsided by 90 per cent, and now I am following his exercise chart at home. The best part of Dr Nitish is:
1) His diagnosis is flawless and he is quick to know the source of the problem.
2) He would never linger on the treatment because he wants the patient to keep visiting him. Some days, his sessions have been one-hour long when he realised that I needed more manual mobilisation than usual besides the electrotherapy etc.
3) He is a thorough professional -- he will never waste the patient's time with experiments. He knows his job very well.
4) He is extremely advanced in his treatment. He used cupping therapy for areas with severe pain which was very helpful.
I had consulted him even earlier once in 2015-16- and he was excellent in diagnosis and treatment just like this time.
My first experience with Dr Nitish was in 2013 when I consulted him to treat my father, a stroke survivor. Besides his routine treatment to my father, Dr Nitish instilled a sense of confidence in my father and encouraged him to be out more often and walk without stick, and also climb stairs. Dr Nitish even came to do my father's physiotherapy sessions when he was admitted in AIIMS for implantation of his pacemaker. Such was his dedication.
