​Dr. P. Banerji's - Kolkata

We went in for treatment of my family members - kids, young ones and oldies, because we believe in Homeopathy and been a life-long patron of this medical science. Settled in the Central Kolkata, the Clinic is certainly one of the well-kept and maintained one, with a huge space to accommodate patients in waiting areas and isolated areas for various sections of medical practitioners. Let me touch upon individual actors in the Clinic. 1. Receptionists - Active, young professionals, who will ask your particulars to get you a slot. Frequented by old lady staff, with coloured hair, they measure you as a Customer - size of your pocket and desperation to get fine. They charge fees upfront (INR 700 for first time, INR 400 subsequent). Unfortunately, these are also the people made to force-sell Telemedicine packages to out-station patients. They have a very inhuman, number-driven approach while pushing the sale - absolute lack of empathy or consideration for patient. I wanted to book an appointment with Dr. Paramesh Banerjee to discuss my kid's situation. They purposefully sold me "Standard" appointment" (INR 5,999 - capped at 30 minutes) instead of "Short" appointment (INR 2,555 - capped at 15 minutes). In reality, my appointment lasted barely 10 minutes! Asking for refund or consideration has general response "ekhaney to serokom kichu hoy naa (those things don't happen here!!)" 2. Level 1 Medical Practitioner - After waiting a while, you will be asked to proceed to an area behind glass wall to meet these folks. These are Regular medical practitioners who will take your pulse, pressure, weight, enquire about your condition, take notes, make some general recommendations. They will try to sell DIB (Doctor In a Box), a box full of 50 over small bottles of medicines for general physiological conditions, such as, Fever, Bowl disruptions, Common cold, Skin rashes, Blood pressure (yes, it's a general problem in India) etc. at INR 5,999. These are generally fair and honest folks who can give you general idea about how worse off are you in your medical condition. 3. Level 2 Medical Practitioner (or Doctors) - After waiting again for a while, you proceed to meet the Level 2 Medical Practitioner (or Doctors). Quite laughably, they enquire about the condition all over again! One wonders, what just happened to all the notes and discussion just a while ago? Anyways, after repeating yourself all over again, the Doctor, will start prescribing medicine. Quite noteworthy, you have to be mindful of stressing on the problem that affects you most, like headache or back-ache. Approach taken by Doctor is to prescribe all kinds of general medicine (which are also found in DIB) and then a few extras, particularly for the issue you keep stressing about. Yeah, pretty much hit and trial, but the best argument against Allopathy is, these have no harmful side-effects for sure! Anyways, I found that going in and coming out with DIB itself would have saved me at-least INR 2500 for Consultation and Medicine. 4. Receptionists - Back to the front-desk, it's your turn to wait, for an extended time, while the medicines are being packed, labelled and prepared for you. Price of Homeopathy Medicines in this Clinic, are gravity-defying! Against all beliefs, medicines here are more expensive than Allopathy ones, even for general conditions! Anyways, after 2 hours and INR 9,500 (with DIB) lighter, we hoped for recovery and left the place. We have been administering these medicines for over 2 months now, yet to see any improvement. We know that Homeopathy takes time, so keeping fingers crossed. As for the place, I am not visiting them again. Simply because the emphasis and focus on minting money outweighs the general empathy for sickness and medical condition, as expected from a Homeopathy Clinic.

He charged to much always ask to pay doctor fee without fee they never provide repeat medicine . Not much benefit after having 8-9 months medicine..

We were very satisfied with their services. Me, my mother and my sister had consulted with the doctors and had good treatment. We have got medicines picked up and also delivered at home earlier and even between during lockdown. They and very promptly delivered within 24hrs. This month which is Aug 2020 they have all of a sudden become very pricy, they have apparently changed their delivery partner and they take 48hrs minimum to deliver medicines in Kolkata area( dtdc/blue dart delivers parcels to other cities in 48hrs). They can deliver on same day but charges are sky high. A change in delivery policy was not informed to us neither was it informed that we cannot pick up medicine from there store as well. They have misguided us and the patient is without medicine for 48hrs and counting. Extremely disappointed.

We hear that Dr P Banerjee Telemedicine is a best homeopathy. So we decide to start treatment under Dr P Banerjee.My father in law is under treatment from last year Aug. But after treatment of 1 year the patient condition not good from his starting condition. Sometimes when he was serious we contact to P Banerjee Consulting doctors and they suggested to refer to local allopathy doctors. Starting cost of registration is Rs 25000 to Rs 30000. Then the monthly medicine cost is about Rs 3500 to Rs 4000+ . After few months the medicine cost raise to Rs 8000 to Rs 10000 per month. When ask about the patient condition is not improve doctor reply it will take time. Just looting money from patient. My overall experience not good about the Telemedicine Center. Now my father is under treatment of allopathy medicine he far better now. Homeopathy medicine is just treat for lite fever and cough, not for critical desease. So my personal opinion not go Dr P Banerjee or any other homeopathy doctors.

Very bad experience, taking money all the time.. only doctor consultation charges is 3000 for phone call 6000 for video call. Just imagine 6k for online consultation charges.. At first customer care executive will call you in a very professional way she will talked to you..Then push you to pay the money as soon as possible.. After sending the money you didn't get any calls from them..You have to knok them to talk with doctor.. After doctor consultation customer care executive told you to buy the 6 months subscription (15k) or 1year subscription (21k) to get free consultation.. Medicine charge extra.. Medicine price approximately 7k.. My mother is very critical condition now,and I deny to pay the 6months/1year online consultation charges,I told them to despatch the medicine now and I will pay the medicine amount only..After taking the medicine If my mother will be cured then I will thought to purchase the subscription.. After hearing that the customer care executive cut the line and still don't get any calls from them.. I called them to know when they are despatcing the medicine they could not give any answer.. So I suggest you guys please don't go there,or waste your money.. It is not real P.Banerjee..Totally Fraud company..

I m not getting any recovery even after visiting 2 times in this homoeopathy, I have wasted my time , my concern and my problem are spreading, not reducing till now. And on every visit or consultation they charge the fee, just wasting the money with that

I had Wasted Rs 1000 for telemedicine consultation and till date have not received any prescription/medicine details from them. They said that they will suggest medicine in prescription and that will be sent via mail within 2 days..but till date I have not received any mail from them. Is this a money making institution only ? Quite dissapointed and feeling cheated..
