I was having right ear discharge.i consulted many ent doctors in ludhiana.Every doctor said that my right ear parda fatt gaya hai.they all advised me operation.i asked the wat are the chances ke parda tik jau.they said it is 50%.one of my friend suggested me dr jassal.i visited him.he too advised me operation but he gave me 100% ke parda tik jau.his charges were very reasonable .i got operated from him.now my ear is dry for last 6 months and my hearing has improved...he is a very experienced doctor and very down to earth person.

Dr. Jassal (No Dassal, as was mentioned on map during 4th week of June 2016) was suggested by my colleague. Before visiting his clinic, I checked reviews, which were not encouraging. But I over-weighted my colleague's recommendation. Dr. Jassal suggested Ear Wax removal, and gave me tablets and drops and fixed appointment of two days later. He conveyed that you will not be made to wait, if come on time. I reached on time, really no "wait time", Doctor finished wax removal from my right ear in less than 5 minutes, and then again fixed appointment of two days later for other ear. Now it was at his residence because of Sunday. This time got late by 10 minutes, and I missed appointment time, so need to pick token and wait for about 30 minutes for my turn. All plus point (and like give him rating 5 for his time discipline). Again he finished wax (cerumen) removal from left ear. Now, all worse experience started, the moment I requested to check my right ear which he attended 2 days ago. He refused to do so. He said no need to check. I said, It looks to me that wax is again accumulating. He said he would not do wrong thing. I was about to say something, but without keeping me chance, he vetoed: See Sardar Sahib, you are living in Ludhiana, there are more than 200 doctors, and if you are not satisfied, get it treated from someone else. I was stunned. Thanked Doctor, and left his home clinic. Wanted to give negative rating for his follow up action on his treatment, for not satisfying patient, for software has not such option. I has to give rating one, take it as -4 for not listening to patient and +5 for his time discipline. Now realised that how useful two reviews were, which I ignored.

My wife was having hearing problem.one of doctor advised her hearingaid and she started using. but she was not happy with it. one of my friend suggested me dr jassal name and i consulted him.he said that there is hole in the ear.he got hearing test done and assured that hearing will improve after operation anf we got operated from him.to our surprise the hearing imporved and now she is very happy.i highly recommend every one to visit dr jassal.

Worst doctor ever his son is not allowed to speak in front of him very rude nature .he did not listen to his patients.no one can go there he did not treated me well due to ear perforation when I visited the doctor first day dr told me that there is wax in the ear second time he told me there is a hole in eardrum why he did not tell me about the hole on the first day.then i went to dr Pathak.dr Pathak treated me I am fine now......I want to say that dr ps jassal should take retirement now and he should handover his clinic to his son.....if you are afraid of corona.....you should close the clinic and sit back home.please respect your patients and listen to them .ye kya hota hai mere pass Beth k bolna nhi .

Only visit this Dr. if u do not have any self respect, the Dr. has zero patience level, u can't ask him any question, he will start giving you lectures, visit this Dr. With my 7years old son, on very first visit he gave lecture on why my kid wished him "hello Dr." instead of saying "Namaste or Sat sri akal" fare enough, i appreciate his views, but on 2nd visit for ear wax removal, it's obvious that a kid would not sit as quite as a grown up, a kid would be afraid, he would react or ask things to Dr. what or how he is gonna treat him, but this Dr. has zero patience level, he scolded my son & slammed his arm very rudely, after trying once he said wax is removed, but on the way to home my son again told that his right ear is still feels like blocked, on the next day when I visited Dr. again, Doctor's son was there & he removed wax from that particular ear and assured us nothing is left in the ear now everything is cleared, but my son was not able to hear anything from his right side ear, i visited him again n asked the reason, first of all he started bowing down his hands in front of me that due to Corona lost of doctors have died, no doctor is treating their patients but I am still taking appointments, no logic is there ,sir you are not giving free appointments to the ppl , on the 4th visit again, my son was scared n was speaking n asking something what he is gonna do now, Dr. started his lectures while checking my son's ear and said wax is left there in his ear that's the reason his ear is blocked, when i asked him why he has not cleaned the ear in last 2-3 visits, He started giving lame excuses that your kid doesn't co-operate , your kid speaks and your kid resist to me while touching his ear, c'mon Dr. He is a kid he would obviously do this, so it's your task to handle him gently with care, but this Dr. Doesn't bother to handle his patients with politeness , so rude he is, now after heated arguments between us, at last he suggested to give "anesthesia" to my son to treat his ear wax removal while he would be unconscious .... Do not visit this rude Dr. Replying onto ur response Sir, first of all, you are not giving any free service or any kind of discount to your patients, you are charging your fee. You are not even justifying with fee u taking from the patients, in Terms of your behaviour with them, insult them and treat them. If you are afraid of Corona that much, you should not open your clinic and sit realx at your home place, after wearing masks, even shield upon the mask u still feel unsafe, what about the patients who visit your clinic and sit along with other patients, without maintaining any required gap between seats? Why don't u just close the clinic have a good time at home, relaxing? Age doesn't define maturity or age has nothing to do with basic etiquette & Really! U examine 150 ppl on daily basis but you still do not have experience about handling kids, how to treat ppl calmly without lossing your temper ? I must say your son is way better in that case, it's a basic courtesy and etiquette to talk politely and listening to your patients, you are the first Dr. i have seen who doesn't want to listen and doesn't let their patients to speak... You do not need to reply on google reviews, if you start listening your patients politely without loosing your temper within a second!

hi all. some people commented here that doctor is super rude. illmannered. but for ur kind information, yes the doc was super bad .but i went to his cleanic. its his son who sits there. all is well. son is good and his manners also good. son better than father. lol

Very nice and experienced doctor...i got my ear operated from him.now i am fine. i thank dr jassal or treating my ear problem with full care..must visit him...i highly recommend him..he is a bit angry person but never cheats his patients.must visit the doctor for ENT problems......

Bad experience, He is not doctor , he is only a angry man who just want money … Fees taken by him but not checkup done …. Doctor if u dont want check any patient please dont take fee because ye paise kaam krke aate hai na ki trees se
