I couldn't go through with consultation, barrier being the reception manager (Mr. Kulkarni). Trust me these employees are not concerned about the patient and do not know the gravity of responsibility of being helper in a profession that deals with minds. This is happening in COVID times.
No offence to the doctor, he must be really good at his job, I know someone personally who takes consultation. It works.
