★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are dying surely the only hope is from God but there is second hope which is Dr. Pankaj; this is my personal experience with him. A doctor with unbelievable skills and caliber. Five star rating is too low to judge his talent. Very honest, upfront and straightforward in his approach, will never keep you in dark. For him the patients are his personal commitment; their revival is his core satisfaction. Unparalleled integrity towards his patients, a rare trait. God bless you Dr. Pankaj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was too quick in giving a five-star review to Dr. Anand before. My five-star rating was based on the initial couple of tele consultation appointments with him. I am updating my rating from 5 to 1 due to my terrible experience with him after those initial calls. I initially consulted him for my dad's situation. He prescribed some lab tests and as per lab reports, he prescribed daily injections for a certain number of days. He was supposed to analyze the situation again after those doses of injections to see if we need to continue injections for some more days or if my dad needs to be shifted to oral medicines or maybe we need to stop everything. When I contacted him, he ignored my messages and didn't respond for couple of days. Needless to say, that his premium consultation fee was already paid. After waiting for a couple of days, when I confronted him, he took my call and advised us to continue with the same treatment. When I tried to make sure if he really checked the lab reports, then he realized there is no issue as per current lab report, so he told us to stop everything and forget about it. The same situation happened in another case of my dad that Dr. Anand was treating in parallel. I hope he realizes that he is in a profession where his negligence and blatant disregard for his patients may lead to horrible medical accidents! On top of that, Dr. Anand doesn't even have a basic courtesy to respond to matters that may affect someone's health. He has time to respond to all reviews whether good or bad though. I hope, he reads this review, my message is loud and clear. He better takes his medical profession more seriously. I would not recommend him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Pankaj was the assigned doctor during my mother’s recent hospitalization at Fortis due to Covid . Being thousands of miles away it was extremely hard to coordinate but Thanks to constant communication from Dr Pankaj and great care by him, my mother is back home and recovering. Thank you Dr Pankaj for being who you are do what you do in such difficult times. Keep up the good work.
