Dr Parmod Kumar team include a full time clinical Psychologist. Dr Parmod Kumar was earlier working as a Consultant Psychiatrist and De-addiction Specialist at the Silver oaks Hospital, Mohali, Punjab. He has done MD in Psychiatry from PGIMER Chandigarh.He specialises in De-addiction and Rehabilitation. He is also into Marriage, sex & Interpersonal Counselling. Dr Parmod along with psychologist performs behaviour therapies on his patients. He also provides them with all forms of counselling. His de-addiction treatment include detox and relapse prevention.

He is a fellow of many Associations like the Indian Psychiatry Society and Indian Association of Private Psychiatry. He is also a fellow of many international organisations like the World Psychiatry Association, American Psychiatric Association.,Indian Psychiatric Society, Indian association of private psychiatry and International organisation of organisational psychological medicine. Dr Parmod has as his prime areas of interests: Addiction Psychiatry, General Psychiatry, Marriage and sex Therapy. Dr Parmod Kumar provide clinic based and ONLINE consultancy services. He has treated a lot of international patients as well.

Dr Parmod has won many awards and accolades for his contribution to the medical field. He won the Dr Buckshey Award in the year 1998. In the year 2013, he won the honour of being the Indian Ambassador to the American Psychiatric Association. In 2014,he is being awarded international fellowship by American Psychiatric Association.He is elected as Hon'y. General Secretary of Indian Association of Private Psychiatry. He is the member of chandigarh state mental health authority and working as advisor to many CME activities. Dr Parmod Kumar participate actively in IMA,media and social activities.

He has also many publications and abstracts to his credit. His latest book titled RECENT ADVANCES IN BIOLOGICAL PSYCHIATRY was appreciated by national and international people. He has got his writings published in many prominent international as well as national journals. He has travelled widely and has attended many conferences around the globe.
