★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience ever with a psychiatrist that too I went with the reviews given here. However let me tell you one thing, no one ever says yoga and meditation se kuch nahi hota. All what he was doing in 1 hr session was publicising medicines. Which is ok but who says “log bolenge yoga karo meditation karo but in sabse kuch nahi Hota you will have to take medicines” this was funny!!! I do not think so he has really studied psychology. For half an hour he was talking about medicines and rest 20 mins yes 20 he didn’t even gave full 1 hour, he is not concerned if a person is depressed all he is concerned that he should get 2000 rs for 50 mins. You need to counsel a person understand their issues and then if required prescribe medicines. Dr. Pawan please look for some other career option!!!

For me his advice and medication worked wonders.
Few watchout, take prior appointment. Have some time in hand about 1 hour minimum.
You need to follow up on the appointments no reminderis provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good psychiatrist! Listens to what you have to say. Provides proper treatment and help. You don't have to worry about being misunderstood or not being understood at all. In fact, the things you'd be unaware of— which may be troubling you subconsciously,— doctor Pavan Sonar is an expert at bringing them out and away. When I visited the doctor I was in, one of the worst conditions I had ever been in life. I had not clue of how deep into depression, anixtey and Paranoia I was in! without making me feel stressed about it, doctor Pavan Sonar had a very friendly approach towards it and helped me out of my problems. I went from afraid of leaving my own room to traveling the city on my own without a slightest doubt. Never felt this comfortable in my skin like this! It's all Thanks to doctor! You should definitely visit him if you need help! Always seek help whenever you feel like you need one! ALWAYS!

My cousin has a guardian finally who could help him move out of his depression and addiction. The best we came across.
