β β β β β I have appointment with this doctor at 12:00 pm on Saturday. We humbly requested the reciptionist to give us appointment at the time when there were not many patients due to COVID 19 situation. We reached there 5 minutes before 12:00 pm, only to get notified that doctor will be half an hour late. Till then it was fine. But the real problem arose when the people started to come in heavey numbers, which is totally unsafe in this COVID 19 situation. Till the time doctor arrived at 12:30 it was totally unsafe for us to stay there. We requested the reciptionist that our appointment was first and at 12:00 pm so we must be allowed to go inside. She asked for 10 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes outside but our number did not came. Keeping our self respect we took the leave. We got the call almost at 1.30 till that time we were already at home.
I want to ask this doctor, we clapped for you guys in COVID 19 situation but does only money matters for you, that you accumulate more than 10-15 patients in one small room. No patient was following social distancing mind you.
I don't know if the doctor is good or bad but his first impression is pathetic. I will also post this with the MP government and Indore collector, how the doctors are managing their patients. And this is the reason why the COVID 19 cases are increasing in India day by day.

β β β β β Very very bad behaviour of receptionist. Not ready to listen to the patient. Even old patients are getting ignored.
In covid times when big big doctors prefer online or telephonic consultancy this doctor simply wants the patients to come down to the clinic. We are ready to pay fee online. He just has to listen to the patient. Better get adapted sir. You are owing bad name now.

β β β β β Dr. Rathi. Please have some sensible person sit at reception. Having unprofessional and uneducated person taking call will harm your reputation. For sure , I am not going to come your clinic but it is for your future patient.
