★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont waste your time and money, many reasons are there.
1. Dis-management at clinic
People have to wait atleast for 2-3 hours at their every visit. Even with prior appointment.
When we asked him to manage thing properly he replied "ama kai ni thai" (can not be done in this).
I found it rude, or may be it his characteristics only.
2. His attitude
He behaves like, he is one of the best doctors of city or country but actually he is not.
He is always in a hurry. Let me tell u sir, people paying Rs.1000 to consult you, not to see you. You have to spare at least reasonable time to patient.
3. Recovery
I didnt see any change in my disease even after 2 months course. It is ok, it may happen some time. But in this case, i found he could not diagnosed the problem. And yes very common thing, he suggested you for some reports every time and i dont find it worthy.
4. staff behavior
Staff is very kind and co operative but they also tired of him. They were also complaining about doctor and his mis behavior with them. They were saying that he was rude with them many times as they also suggested him for proper appointment planning and all, but he refused because he is more money oriented than service to people. These are not my words, one of his staffs told me.
Please find another alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but we are disappoint with time management.. In this pandamic time we took online appointment and came here on time than also we have to wait for more than hour and than we came to know doctor is still not came... Rubbish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with doctor. Seems like more professional and staff is good For nothing. Only have value for money and not carrying real values as a professional. Haven't seen such atmosphere even in any bigger doctors consulting. I think Dr. Should train their staff properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor is well known in Surat for diabetic patients, but that fame has made this clinic get worst. Doctors staff is horrible, their office phone is always busy or they don't pickup even when it keeps ringing. You can hardly get to talk to the staff member on phone after many many attempts. The staff is rude and even when you have appointment (which you got after so many phone calls), you are sure to wait for hours before the doctor will see you. If by any chance, you couldn't get appointment (because you couldn't talk to the staff even after tens of phone call attempts) the staff will treat you as if you are a bagger! You are sure to wait for 3 hours before seeing doctor. When you get to see the doctor after such an effort and humiliation, he will spend 2 to 3 minutes with you and will not explain much. If you have courage to complain doctor about the rude staff, he will suggest you to come with some reading material while waiting outside his office! Only people with low self esteem will go to this doctors office. We are done with him.

Even dietitian is also nice.
