Just to show report yesterday I waited for two hours today my appointment was at 2015hrs now it's 21:22hrs I am still waiting. Staff is very rude and the person sitting at front desk Mr vikrant. He is not talking rudely but his behavior is like he is the owner of this clinic. After paying full payment in private clinic seems like sitting in charitable hospital. The kind of tantrum they are throwing on Patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Piyush Ranjan at Ganga Ram Hospital, he is really a talented doctor. His way of talking and approach of treatment is highly recommended. Right now he is overloaded with large number of patients so that some times it being difficult to put your all queries and issues with him.
One thing for which I should give 0 rating, that is behavior of his OPD attendant(Vikash). He is nothing but his attitude and behavior with patients is really very bad. My humble request is train him of ask him to go anywhere.
