★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Star for this lady...........Worst experience ever head.My wife is suffering from headache from last 1 week and yesterday only we consulted with dr phadke. while discussing our headache problem , she was playing with her mobile phone. this type of doctors work for only money. they don't understand patients problem. felling very bad while writing this kind of review for a doctor who is having 20 years of exp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude & inhuman nature .We have been consulting her since months . my mom was having an emergency with 600 level sugar but she didnt take her inside . she talks very rudely every time you visit . Receptionist is just useless she takes appointments for name sake no system is followed. Evey time we go we wait for 3-4 hours . Plus every week follow up with same consultation fees . would not recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Star for this Pathetic Doctor. Only working for money. I don't recommend any one to visit this Doctor. I called them in the morning for an appointment and receptionist asked me to call in evening. When i call in the evening they said they are already booked. I spoke to dr. she was not willing to see my wife and said we can come and wait for 2-3 hrs that too if any of the appointment is cancelled. My point is they could have told the same in the morning so i might have book an appointment with any other doctor. Receptionist and doctor both dont have manner tp respect people and their noble profession, Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst receptionists (two). One of the receptionists used to deliberately make wife wait longer, just because she is a non-Maharashtra ian. But I am a Maharashtraian myself (which she didn't guess :)) and understood what she said in Marathi. Complaining to the doctor was of no use because Doctor thought we are asking for VIP treatment. Doctor is not up-to-date with latest developments in the field and asked my wife to continue with a painful insulin and did not help with the glucometer and asked to continue with pain just as she asked to continue with painful insulin. All because she was not in touch with latest developments in her field. It took us long to understand this, but finally we did. Changed the doctor. Now the insulin injection and glucometer tests are much more painless than earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been taking treatment from her for past 6 months and the experience became from bad to worst. The receptionists there are very very rude, lack humanity and RACIST. Yes, they used to make me wait for 2-3 hours even I had taken appointment at least 4 days before just because I am a Bengali. They thought I don't understand Marathi and they used to make fun of me right in front, thinking I won't understand. Am expecting and it's complicated, yet these women never ever offered me a seat and I used to stand for hours. My health getting worse after standing there for hours and even after repetitive requests, they turned deaf ears. They weren't even considerate and again, rude. Complaining doctor wasn't a solution because she herself lack human touch. Not at all recommended. They should learn how to be human first before running a clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Doctor and very good knowledge on diabetics. However receptionists need training on soft skills. No use of keeping 3 receptionist. They don't inform you about address change of clinic and also if doctor has some emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude. Do not allow patients to speak. Assistant writes wrong prescription, if pointed out the mistakes doctor supports her assistant and tells the patient about the composition of prescribed medicine. Receptionist is always busy in selling her home made products like chakli. Very bad experience. I will change doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a trustful doctor. The diagnosis and the prescribed medicines were not given correct , patients life was at risk. At her clinic even if you take appointment , you need to wait for hours.
