★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot give a 0 or a negative so forced to give this rating. Went to see Dr. Pratibha Singhal for my prenatal scan on 4th september 2021. She is the most rude person that we had seen. She continued to chit chat with her assistant on the first visit while giving me instructions. We were stopped from asking questions like we are some pre-schoolers. I thought maybe she is a senior doctor so as suggested by her we went to get a mid pregnancy scan done. When i asked about the price from their help desk it was INR 3750 to which he must have seen a shock on my face. After a minute he replied with "aapko 500 discount dila dunga" Is this a sabji market? what is the negotiation that is going on here. I had to get my scan done on 20th , the reception guy again quoted 3750 after 15 days. I said that last time they said it will 3250 so he started smiling and said "chalo 500 discount" i was already very angry at this type of negotiations going on at a hospital. i went in for the scan and was instructed to show the reports to my consulting doctor (Pratibha Singhal) to clarify if the reports were normal. everyone was unsure if consultation will have to be paid again as only the reports were to be shown and no checkup was to be done. She said you dont want a checkup? to which we responded , no as it was done 15 days back and the scan was done a day before. She denied to open and see my reports and turned her chair on my mother and my face. She did not respond to any question after that. I cried myself to sleep that night after facing that level of humiliation.If this is the behaviour of a gynaecologist who treats pregnant patients I dont know how she would be treating women with our ailments. NEVER NEVER GO TO PRATIBHA SINGHAL even if you are dying, because she is going to make sure that you die after humiliating you. She needs medical attention and her license needs to be suspended.

She is very greedy and She will ask you for non-required tests, expensive medicines and may refer to other doctors to take treatments which are very very expensive. She is very greedy. If patients call in emergency her reply was I have given you medicine that's its. Its doesn't matter to her if you are good aur dying in pain and even if you miscarriage it doesn't bother her.So beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after reading bad reviews we still considered consulting her looking at her experience ... She doesnt justify her experience and expertise. We were stuck with her as we bought prenatal package from cloud 9 Noida but after repetitive mistakes from her we finally decided to move on for good with all the package money going down the drain.. she simply skipped on the test and later on said sorry as it was missed with no tension or regret. She doesnt examines the reports properly, would call you endless time just to mint money .. will not explain anything herself untill you ask her to..
