I give 5 stars on the name of Dr Abhinav Mutneja. He is Gem of a person. He is very intelligent Very humble too good. My uncle operated for pancreas cancer treatment. He feel very good. He explained everything and guide us on right path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They would kill your patient in night and keep them under ventilator till next morning to make sure they can extract your insurance. Mr Jassi, Mr Ramesh from ICU are the RM who make sure to kill your patient if you have asked for a transfer to another hospital. Guided by Mr Pankaj Mutneja.
Oncology doctor are gems, they explain treatment as well as plan it with the patient, and motivate to get well. However, staff and administration is pathetic, seperate department have no coordination amongst themselves and continue to blame each other.
Bottomline, doctor will treat rest everything from wheelchair , lab reports , discharge medicine, scan report every other stuff has to be managed on your own, else they will give wrong medicine if you don't check. And everything is super slow. Keep in mind if something can be done in 1 hr, it will take atleast 4-6 hours and lots of bickering, blaming and screaming to get things done.
They would like to get feedback but providing negative feedback will hurt even the highest management. So keep quiet and let them do whatever they want else they will ask to get the patient shifted from thier hospital.
They would slam you personally saying stuff like you work in IT or whatever, I don't care. You are bringing negativity to my hospital. You should be thrown out.
Ms Atima Bala is someone who can escalate matters to a whole new level and make big issue out of small point. Rai ka pahad bnane me sabse age h ye.
Mr Pankaj Mutneja is rude and would not listen to any feedback. While they boast of posters in the hospital stating. If you are not satisfied with the treatment tell us or tell others. But if you tell, they will be upset as hell and start misbehaving and harassing female attendants. And much yo dismay he calls nurses and attendant as lower staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience with this hospital. It's nearby my resident. I always visit here whenever needed. Not very crowded. Too much space. I have done several treatment for myself or my family members.
No doubt, it is not costly. If you can afford. Some of people who works here are very helpful.

If you wish to have a good treatment then please don't visit this hospital otherwise your/your loved one's life will be in complete danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Most pathetic service of the hospital* Charges are extremely high and staff is very unprofessional starting from parking to Operation
Parking- They charge Rs. 30 for parking, when the person comes to see the doctor and pay for consultation, why there's extra for parking and poor hospital is making money in pity parking facility too.
Reception - Nobody attends the phone in reception and the team sitting there is highly unprofessional and you have to tell them twice - thrice when you want any treatment done.
Doctors - All doctors sitting here is having one motto only, just to mint more and more money from the patients pocket, they just mention unnecessary tests even they are not required. Intact the charges of tests are very high and overall treatment is not satisfactory
Staff - 90 % of the staff is unprofessional, no hospital manager in place and the behavior is subpar as per the medical standards and less than average hospital.
Overall - There is lots of stories when it's told that the hospital is just to mint money even in serious patients and in regular OPDs, You should think 1000 times before coming here and better choose small founders hospitals as they focus more on real treatment .

They are just taking advantages of having only hospital in the area of this major disease. It look like a fake reviews people have given them without experience anything. Totally waste of money and time here
