Patients have to wait and sit for a long time which is really a problem.

The reason for giving 1 star is because the patient has to wait for a long time before getting attended by Doctor, this should be taken seriously.
Well the doctor is good and the staff is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way this doctor behaved with my elderly mother on , I do not want to give even a single star. He was very rude, impolite and behaved like an uneducated spoilt man . My mom has have very high blood pressure recently (>180 consistently) and I insisted that she sees Dr Pundhir but now I regret. He said to my mom that 'sir dard ho rha hai toh hone do, fatt toh nahi jayega sir' and also inappropriately enacted her pain points on his body in a very rude and inappropriate way. He might have done this because of a bad morning at his home or may be because stress is catchin up due to his age but even that wouldn't justify such behavior from an educated man.
