★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. rachna hasn't been what we've expected her to be. Lack of knowledge , Lesser professionalism , Very very rude and Greedy ,very very greedy. Doesn't really care about patience , full for prejudice
Staff is horrible and follow her foot steps .
Absolute horrible , the worst...not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know how she became a doctor, when she is scared of the patients. She is dealing with COVID patients by simply avoiding them. There are doctors trying to save COVID patients every day and this doctor can’t help a patient even through a phone call.
Don’t contact her, she chooses her patients!!
Edit- Being a gynaecologist doesn’t always mean that you are dealing with pregnant women, you have to listen to the patient instead of cutting the call right away when hearing it’s a COVID patient wanting to BOOK your consultation. This cannot deny that you as a doctor lack manners.

I am very impressed with Dr. and hospital Team .She is perfect.
She always gives good advice.
Hospital Environment is very good.Good hygiene have been maintained in the premises and staff is very neat & clean with good helping mind set.
Doctor/Nurses are well efficient for any situation.
I am highly recommend.She is like god in earth .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience from the begining of consultation till the birth of my child. Thanks doctor and staff for d smooth delivery of my baby and taking special care of my wife. Rooms are quite neat n clean and well ventilated with big window. Thanks once again for your efforts on emergency basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the good ratings, had to connect with the doctor. And what we experienced was the opposite, ratings doesn't define professionalism. The doctor doesn't know how to interact with patients, very rude behaviour. Did not listen to anything and wanted to cut the call. The call experience was this bad, don't know how the meeting would have gone. Would not recommend her.

Going to Rachna was the worst decision. Horrible experience. This person will shame you/taunt you for your body type, age, marital status, other lifestyle choices, and will even shame your parent(s)/ partner about your health. She lacks basic manners. Completely rude. Before going to her, I read the reviews online and thought she might be a good doctor, but she isn't. As a doctor you should stick to giving guidelines and medicines, not lecture someone on life choices. Your aren't a therapist, so please don't psychoanalyze people. And more importantly, don't compare YOUR life with people who are coming to you for gynecology related issues. Not everyone has the same timeline for having kids. I never write reviews online but this had to be said. It was a traumatizing experience. Please find someone else to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the doctor in April 2022. Experience was bad as the doctor was rude in her tone and told not to ask questions in an overall conversation of 3-4 minutes.
As per my understanding if you are paying a consultation fee to a doctor you expect them to listen to your problems and questions in order to suggest you a better treatment. This is what consultation means.
Additionally, i had pain in abdomen and uterus so i was not sure whether to consult a gynaecologist or not. The doctor referred us to a urologist however also prescribed injections with various other medicines. If my problem was not related to her, she should have not suggested at least such injections without consulting to a specialist. It seemed like medicines were prescribed just for the sake of justifying the fee paid by us.
I consulted the urologist the same day and the urologist disregarded all the medicines prescribed by her.
The doctors should understand that each and every patient goes through a different traumatic experience and a polite conversation with your patient can help them overcome their problems.
