★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for research purposes. A vast range of books available containing even books written before Independence. Very good environment for study and also reminds about the ongoing tough competition. A canteen and garden increases its versatility. Separate cabins , latest newspapers and magazines available .

The city of Jaipur houses some finest libraries of Rajasthan. These libraries provide wonderful support for students of Jaipur as well as work as the constant resources of finding good literature of the world to read and learn. All the libraries in Jaipur offer membership facility, reading room facility, and advantage of borrowing books at home under certain terms and conditions.
Dr. Radha Krishnan State Central Library is one of the best libraries in Jaipur for its excellent collection of books, and flexible lending book facilities. While students and researchers will get good academic support from the books of this library, there are quite good stocks for readers looking for fiction and good collection of journals and periodicals.
For membership- You have to submit a form with verified by Gazetted Officer of Jaipur.
Membership Charge is just 100 INR for 1 Year (1st April to 31st March).
You can fix your seat just to pay 200 INR/month.
This library have two separate portions for boys and girls; Ground Floor - Only Boys & First Floor - Only Girls.

So it is a government library and it will cost you almost nothing to join that is on 100 bucks for a year.
Free access to books, although you will have to do some formality while filling form ghat is you will have to get your form stamped from a govt or gazzated officer placed in jaipur mostly. And you will have you attach your permanent residence address proof with the form and a photo.
If you can do all this pay 1000/- security money for getting access to books and you will get them as you complete your 1 year in library.
Just like i said it almost cost you equal to nothing
Girls and boys section separated
Newspapers all all of them available
Magazines all of them are available
Competition books all available
Novels fiction etc almost 6000 or more books are available here.
A very very beautiful garden of library and there are many birds and peacock here in library
A very beautiful and peaceful environment you will find here.
Little restrictions are there but everything is worth it.
You wont believe but many big government personalities visit here
For example union sports minister mr. rajyavardhan singh rathore visited and more, since it is a govt lib.
Have its experience
Cons:-
1. No acs available for summer but cooler are there as well as ducting
2. No canteen bug there is a dairy where you can have snack time tea time coffee time
Trust me they sell very very good coffee.
3. Crown is fine. Some come here for time pass but many are serious students
4. Hygiene issues which can be solved after complaining to authorities
5. Drinking water is not distilled have mitti in it.
But you can bring extra water bottles with you
Not a big deal.
If you ignore cons. You will have best experience here.

A book, a quite place to sit, a way to explore yourself, a way to relize who you are. Everything you definitely get here.
A very big hall, thousands of different books, almost all newspapers and magzins, proper siting arrangment, nice staff (but all have qualities of a sarkari job ;)), fresh water, quite environment.
You will definitely feel the pure vibes of knowledge. In simple word this is not just a library, this is "माँ".
For membership you need to fill a form and then verify from a Gazette officer(100) or need to pay some cash(1000/2000).
Still you can come here without membership but can't issue any book still you can enjoy some book, newspapers and magazines only.
Surely visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here since april 2018. Initially I heard about this place from my uncle who used to come here.but one day my best friend hemant called me here in march 2018. And then i went inside and saw the students studying and got inspired by them.i like the sitting arrangement and the atomsphere here is completely differnt. You wont get this type of felling anywhere else in jaipur.now due to my busy schedule i rarely visit this library but whenever i got a chance to be here i never miss it. Now only one word shows up in my mind whenever i think of it -nostalgic. I used to eat my lunch outside in the garden with my friend. He and i had made a deal he will bring roti & i will bring sabji.we also brought bhttermilk from the library canteen. It was a wonderful experience. I will always miss the time of my studying in winters in this library. I used to sat in the loan for long hours in december and january. The post lockdown part of library was best because a very few people showed up here. - mohit meena.
